  20. This memo defines a portion of the Management Information Base (MIB)
  21. for use with network management protocols in TCP/IP-based internets.
  22. In particular, it defines objects for managing IEEE 802.3 10 Mb/second
  23. baseband repeaters, sometimes referred to as "hubs".
  24.  
  25. This is now a Proposed Standard Protocol.
  26.  
  27. This RFC specifies an IAB standards track protocol for the Internet
  28. community, and requests discussion and suggestions for improvements.
  29. Please refer to the current edition of the "IAB Official Protocol
  30. Standards" for the standardization state and status of this protocol.
